Google unveiled the Nexus Q streaming device at its annual Google I/O developer conference in San Francisco on Wednesday. For a media device, the Nexus Q has surprisingly good specs, featuring a dual-core TI OMAP 4460 CPU, the same chip found inside the Galaxy Nexus.
